CedarWash Co. is a local small business started by a young family man who believes in honest work, fair pricing, and doing the job right. With over two years of experience in exterior cleaning and a lifetime spent in Western Washington.
We know how hard this climate can be on homes, driveways, walkways, and other outdoor surfaces. Around here, the rain, moisture, and overcast don’t let up for long, and that means dirt, algae, and buildup can settle in fast. Our goal is to provide professional service with real attention to detail while keeping our pricing honest and our standards high. We may be a new business, but we’re built on hard work, pride in the results, and a commitment to serving our community well.

Hi, I’m Richard.
CedarWash Co. started with a pretty simple idea: work hard, do right by people, and build something real for my family and my community. I’m new to owning a business, but I’m not new to this kind of work. I’ve spent over two years in exterior cleaning, and I’ve learned that good results come from patience, attention to detail, and caring about the finished product.
Living in Western Washington my whole life, I know how tough our climate can be on a property. Rain, moisture, algae, grime, and long stretches of gray weather all leave their mark. That’s why I take this work seriously.
When someone hires CedarWash Co., I want them to know they’re getting honest service, fair pricing, and someone who genuinely wants to do a good job. I’m building this company the way I believe it should be built: with pride, consistency, and respect for the customer.
